Promote your fundraising efforts on your local club’s website. For example, use the banner ad to place on the home page. Or add a link listing all of the locations where Rotary notecards can be purchased and how anyone can participate in the fundraiser. You can even enhance the sponsorship appeal by creating a link to your sponsor's websites.

Take Advantage of Free Publicity
Local newspapers will publish group announcements free of charge, so send them a press release about your non-profit fundraising campaign. We have supplied you with a press release format. Just add information specific to your Rotary Club. Be sure to include as much information as possible: what you are raising money for, how people can contact you to help and where you will be offering your Rotary notecards.
